Piano has suffered adverse environmental conditions over the years and is no longer serviceable. Fixing it up properly would exceed the fair market value of the piano. This piano could serve as a good candidate for someone who just wanted experience learning how to replace a pinblock, restring, repair soundboard and bridges, or salvage for parts. Action is also needing extensive work; ivory keytops falling off. Customer wants the whole piano out of there ASAP.
